Interim dividend

Further to the announcement released earlier today by Associated British Foods
plc (the 'Company') of its interim results for the 24 week period ended 4
March 2023, the Company confirms that an interim dividend of 14.2 pence per
share will be paid on 7 July 2023 to shareholders on the Company's register of
members as at the close of business on 2 June 2023. The ex-dividend date is 1
June 2023.

The Company operates a dividend reinvestment plan ('DRIP'). The final date for
receipt or withdrawal of elections under the DRIP will be 16 June 2023.
