 * Termination of mou in relation to proposed acquisition of entire issued share capital of Hansin Timber Specialist and Trading Pte. 
 * Under the terms of the deed of termination, co and the vendors shall not have any claims whatsoever against each other under or pursuant to the mou 
 * Save for professional fees s$22,500, termination has no material financial impact to EPS and nta per share of FY ending 31 December 2015
