 * Alleged failure to ensure workplace safety 
 * Says JPSS has been advised by its lawyers that a conviction is likely to 
carry a fine of an amount between S$80,000 and S$120,000 
 * If JPSS is convicted and fine falls within expected range, there will be 
material adverse financial impact on the JPSS and co
