 * Directors (save for Jason Sim and Sim Choon Joo) have been informed that Jason sim intends to contest the claim 
 * Says claim set out in the writ is in respect of a contractual dispute between CIMB and Jason Sim 
 * Directors having deliberated on Jason Sim's suitability as executive chairman and CEO, are of view that Jason Sim is suitable 
 * Directors (save for Jason Sim and Sim Choon Joo) have been informed that Jason Sim intends to contest the claim 
 * Claim set out in writ is against Jason Sim in his personal capacity and does not affect the business or operations of the group
