** Defense and space technology co's Q1 consol net profit fell 24.1% Y/Y to 123.5 mln rupees ($1.3 mln)
** Q1 consol revenue down 11.5% Y/Y to 1.77 bln rupees
** Co's Managing Director S. Gurunatha Reddy resigns effective September 30; Appoints M. V. Reddy as managing director from October 1
** YTD, ASTM up ~75%
