Spacecraft maker Astra to execute reverse stock split, raise up to $65 million
WASHINGTON, July 10 (Reuters) - Spacecraft firm Astra Space ASTR.O on Monday said in a securities filing it plans to raise up to $65 million and that it would also execute a reverse stock split at a 1-to-15 ratio, a move that could save the company from a NASDAQ delisting.
