Director Declaration

 

AstraZeneca PLC (the Company) today announced that Philip Broadley, senior
independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed
as Non-Executive Director and Chair designate to the Board of Lancashire
Holdings Limited with effect from 8 November 2023.
