AstraZeneca PLC (the Company) announces that Tony Mok, a Non-Executive
Director of the Company, purchased 2,000 of the Company's American Depositary
Shares (ADSs) on 13 December 2021. Two ADSs are equivalent to one Ordinary
Share of $0.25 in the Company.

with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation (since it forms part
