Transaction by Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

 

AstraZeneca PLC (the Company) announces that, on 10 June 2024, it was notified
by Pascal Soriot, Chief Executive Officer, that, on 10 June 2024, Mr Soriot
ceased to be beneficially interested in 297,418 Ordinary Shares of $0.25 each
in the Company, following the gift of those shares to family members for nil
consideration.

 

Further details are set out in the attached notification, made in accordance
with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation (as it forms part of
UK law pursuant to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018).
