Transaction by Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

 

AstraZeneca PLC (the Company) announces that, on 29 December 2022, it was
notified by Pascal Soriot, Chief Executive Officer, that, on 23 December 2022,
Mr Soriot ceased to be beneficially interested in 163,838 Ordinary Shares of
$0.25 each in the Company, following the gift of those shares to family
members for nil consideration.

 

Further details are set out in the attached notification, made in accordance
with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation (as it forms part of
UK law pursuant to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
