* OIL: Oil prices rose more than 2% after new strikes on Saudi Arabian energy and civilian infrastructure and Iranian attacks on ships in the Gulf compounded supply concerns following the closure of a key Saudi oil pipeline.
* GOLD: Gold prices eased as a surge in oil prices stoked inflation concerns, boosting expectations that the U.S. Federal Reserve may raise interest rates at its policy meeting this week.
* METALS: Copper fell, extending losses from last week, as uncertainty over potential U.S. tariffs on refined copper continued to weigh on sentiment and cloud the outlook for tariff-driven inventory flows.
