to $30.50
    ** The healthcare mgmt co says its board has approved a
share repurchase program, effective immediately
    ** Under the program, co is authorized to buy back up to $50
mln of its shares of common stock
    ** Co expects to pay for the repurchases using internally
available cash
    ** AMEH's cash balance as of Sept. 30, was $184 mln
    ** Including session's gain, stock down 58.6% YTD
