AGM Notice
Astrid Intelligence Plc (AQSE: ASTR), announces it will hold its Annual
General Meeting ("AGM") at 10:00 on 17 April 2026 at the offices of Fladgate
LLP at 16 Great Queen Street, London, WC2B 5DG.
Details of the arrangements for this year's AGM are set out in the Notice of
AGM. The Notice of AGM, together with a Form of Proxy, will be posted to
shareholders today. The Notice of AGM will shortly also be available on the
Company's website at https://www.astrid.global/investors.
