20 November 2025
Astrid Intelligence PLC
("Astrid" or "the Company")
Appointment of Chief Executive Officer and Chief Strategy Officer and Holdings
Update
Astrid Intelligence PLC (AQSE: ASTR), the decentralised artificial
intelligence company, announces the board appointment of Mark Creaser as Chief
Executive Officer ("CEO") and Siam Kidd as Chief Strategy Officer ("CSO"), as
executive directors of the Company, effective immediately.
Olivia Edwards, Executive Chair of Astrid, said
"These appointments strengthen the Company's leadership capabilities as we
continue to develop decentralised intelligence infrastructure and expand our
participation in the Bittensor ecosystem. I look forward to working with
Mark and Siam and drawing on their expertise."
Appointment of Chief Executive Officer - Mark Stanton Creaser
Mark Creaser is an operator and strategist with 20 years of experience leading
teams and scaling high-trust businesses. An early adopter of Bittensor, Mr
Creaser has become one of the network's clearest voices.
As CEO of DSV Fund, the world's first hedge fund exclusively dedicated to
Bittensor, Mr Creaser designed the fund's growth engine and has been
instrumental in securing structured OTC access to high-conviction subnets,
building relationships across the network, and establishing DSV as a leading
allocator inside Bittensor's rapidly expanding ecosystem. Mr Creaser is a
thought leader developing a thesis-driven approach that frames TAO as the
monetary layer for open intelligence rather than a speculative crypto trade.
Mr Creaser will assume responsibility for leading Astrid's operating strategy,
organisational development, and growth initiatives as the Company progresses
its decentralised AI roadmap and expands its network participation.
Appointment of Chief Strategy Officer - Siam Richard Kidd
Siam Kidd is a globally recognised crypto investor, trader, and thought leader
with over 21 years of experience in financial markets, including M&A and
hedge fund management.
As Co-Founder and CIO of DSV Fund, the world's first hedge fund exclusively
dedicated to Bittensor, Mr Kidd has pioneered institutional-grade strategies
for decentralised AI investments. His leadership has positioned DSV to
capitalise on TAO's explosive growth within Bittensor's subnet ecosystem,
which now drives over 50 million daily AI inferences and a combined subnet
market cap nearing $1 billion.
A former RAF pilot, Mr Kidd brings a disciplined, data-driven approach to
navigating volatile markets. His deep expertise in TAO's tokenomics and subnet
operations enables him to craft strategies that maximise Bittensor's potential
as the "FTSE100 of decentralised AI," framing it as a scalable,
censorship-resistant alternative to centralised AI giants.
As CSO, Mr Kidd will oversee the Company's network and participation strategy,
Bittensor-related operations, and intelligence-driven infrastructure
allocation across decentralised AI markets.
