** Stock hits lowest level since January 28

** ASX after-market hours on Tuesday said CEO and MD Helen Lofthouse will step down in May after 11 years at the bourse operator

** Lofthouse's departure comes as ASX prepares to deliver first phase of its delayed CHESS project, for clearing, settling, and recording ownership of shares, due in April

** Stock up 3.7% YTD, including the day's moves
