U.S. stock index futures rose on Monday as news that the United States and
Mexico were closing in on a trade deal added to optimism about the economy,
following recent reassuring comments from Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome
Powell .N 
    At 7:50 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.35 percent at 25,881. S&P 500
e-minis  ESc1  were up 0.25 percent at 2,884, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1 
were up 0.36 percent at 7,522.75.
