Brief: ATC Cargo announces changes in shareholding structure

Nov 29 (Reuters) - ATC Cargo SA  ATAP.WA : 
    * Said on Monday that Artur Jadeszko sold 250,000 shares of 
the company and he owns now 27.92 pct stake in the company 
(versus 33.11 pct before transaction) 
    * Marcin Karczewski bought 500,000 shares of the company and 
increased his stake in the company to 11.88 pct from 1.49 pct
