Oct 31 (Reuters) - Atlantis SA  ATSP.WA : 
    * Said on Thursday that on Sept. 25 it sold 9,660 shares of 
IFEA Sp. z o.o. at 5,000 zlotys per share (total 48.3 million 
zlotys) 
    * IFEA Sp. z o.o. plans to retire its own shares
