Brief: Atlantis will buy back 12.8 mln of its shares

Oct 31 (Reuters) - Atlantis SA  ATSP.WA : 
    * Said on Thursday its General Meeting of Shareholders 
passed the resolution on share repurchase for retirement  
    * The company will buy back 12,800,000 own shares between 
Nov. 6 and Dec. 31 at 4.25 zlotys per share 
    * Said it allocated 54.4 million zlotys for the financing of 
the share buyback program 
    * Said shareholders who decide to sell their shares under 
company's share buyback program will be obliged to acquire 
company's shares of new issue in 2018
