Atlas Technical Consultants hits 7-month high on take-private deal

** Shares of Atlas Technical Consultants  ATCX.O  up 120% at
$12.07
    ** Private investment firm GI Partners said it would take
the infrastructure and environmental solutions provider private
for nearly $1.05 bln including debt  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nL4N34G3HP
    ** Atlas shareholders are set to receive $12.25 per share in
cash, which is more than double the stock's last closing price
on Monday
    ** With 3.3 mln shares changing hands by 10:45 a.m. ET, it
is already the stock's busiest session on record
    ** Including session gains, stock up 133% in January after
44% slide in 2022
