** Abu Dhabi's Pure Health Holding PUREHEALTH.AD said
it had agreed to buy a 60% stake in Hellenic Healthcare Group
(HHG), in a deal valuing the provider of private healthcare
services in Greece and Cyprus at 2.2 billion euros ($2.31
billion).

** QXO QXO.N took its $11 billion takeover offer to
Beacon Roofing's BECN.O shareholders after the
building-products distributor rebuffed its overtures.

shares in AspenTech AZPN.O that it does not already own in a

agreed to buy a stake in Mantiqueira Alimentos, marking the food
giant's entry into the egg sector in a deal that valued

** Swiss testing and inspection group SGS SGSN.S has ended
talks over a potential $30 billion merger with French rival
