Wall Street was poised for a higher open on Monday as traders priced in a
greater chance of the Federal Reserve cutting interest rates this year following
a soft payrolls data last week.  .N 
    
    At 9:08 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.36% at 38,973. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were up 0.37% at 5,174, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were up 0.31% at
18,057.
