** TEAM expects Q2 revenue between $1.535 bln and $1.54 bln, above analysts' average estimate of $1.51 bln, according to data compiled by LSEG

** Co sees Q2 cloud revenue to grow about 22.5%

** TEAM reports Q1 adj. EPS of $1.04, beating estimates of 84 cents

** Co reports Q1 revenue of $1.37 bln, topping expectations of $1.40 bln

** Co announces CFO Joe Binz will retire, effective June 30, 2026; adds it has commenced search for its next CFO
