Atlassian to acquire DX in $1 billion deal

Sept 18 (Reuters) - Atlassian TEAM.O said on Thursday it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire developer intelligence platform DX for about $1 billion in cash and restricted stock, including DX's cash balance.
