    * Said on Wednesday that one of the funds managed by OPERA 
Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych SA (OPERA TFI) sold 
2,592,000 of the company's shares 
    * Said following transaction the funds managed by OPERA TFI 
decreased their stake to 5.37 pct from 8.45 pct
