Atomera gains on licensing deal for chipmaking material

** Shares of semiconductor technology licensing company
Atomera Inc ATOM.O up 24.71% at $6.51
** Atomera, said after market on Wednesday, that it signed a
commercial license agreement with STMicroelectronics
** Agreement allows STMicroelectronics to install ATOM's
mears silicon technology (MST) into its facilities, and
manufacture and distribute MST-enabled products to its customers
** MST improves performance and power efficiency in
semiconductor transistors
** ATOM stock up 3.86% YTD
