    ** ATOM enters into a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) with
a leading semiconductor provider for integration of its Mears
Silicon Technology (MST)  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nACSSsLBFa
    ** The JDA includes a manufacturing license, allowing
partner to make semiconductor wafers with MST for use in their
products
    ** MST is a patented, quantum-engineered material that
enhances transistors to deliver significantly better performance
