** Shares of Atomos AMS.AX rise as much as 13.3% to
A$0.034, set for their biggest intraday rise since Aug. 9 - if
current trends hold
** Video equipment maker says it has settled the U.S. &
Australian legal cases between co & its former CEO
**Co says in 2022, co filed preceeding against former CEO
alleging breach of loan agreement
** Adds, both parties have agreed to provide each other
mutual releases from all claims
** Stock down 20% so far this year as at 0207 GMT
