AIRBUS AIR.PA/THALES TCFP.PA:

    European aerospace groups Airbus AIR.PA, Thales TCFP.PA and Leonardo LDOF.MI are nearing an agreement on the merger of their space businesses, the Financial Times reported on Tuesday.

AIRBUS AIR.PA:

Airbus AIR.PA said on Wednesday it had opened a second assembly line in China, increasing manufacturing capacity for its best-selling A320neo family of single-aisle jets.

EUTELSAT ETL.PA

     French satellite operator Eutelsat ETL.PA reported worse-than-expected first quarter revenues on Tuesday as a decline in sales at its video business offset strong demand for government services, notably in Ukraine.

KERING PRTP.PA

     French luxury group Kering PRTP.PA plans to continue reducing its debt following the sale of its beauty business, while focusing on revitalising its core fashion brands, Chief Executive Officer Luca de Meo said on Tuesday.

L'OREAL OREP.PA

France's L'Oreal OREP.PA, the world's largest cosmetics and beauty player, posted a 4.2% rise in third-quarter sales on Tuesday, in an acceleration from the prior quarter, but missing forecasts after weaker-than-expected growth in the Americas.

WORLDLINE WLN.PA

     Worldline WLN.PA narrowed its 2025 profit forecast on Tuesday and signaled more disposals in the coming weeks, as the French digital payments company battles to restore investor confidence following governance setbacks and client losses.
