Spain's BBVA said on Friday it expected to resume its
shareholder distribution policy in 2021 with a payout of 35%-40%
of profits and was targeting a buy-back of about 10% of the
group's shares after closing the sale of its U.S. unit.

Caixabank's fourth-quarter net profit rose 49% from the same
