Oct 14 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be
affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Monday.

    IBERDROLA  IBE.MC  
    Iberdrola's U.S. unit Avangrid Inc  AGR.N  and PPL
Corporation  PPL.N  are in talks to combine their businesses,

    On the other hand, JP Morgan resumed coverage of Iberdrola
with a "neutral" rating as favourable factors are giving way to

    NATURGY  NTGY.MC 
    Naturgy has reached an initial agreement with Cepsa for the
purchase of Medgaz for 500 million euros, El Confidencial
reported on Monday.
    Separately, Naturgy has won a contract to supply 70GWh per
year to Hotusa Group, the owner of the Eurostars hotels, Cinco
Dias reported on Monday.
    
    PHARMA MAR  PHMR.MC 
    The Spanish company said it had signed a new agreement with
STA for the commercialization of Yondelis in Australia, New
Zealand and Southeast Asia. The company said it would receive
advance payment and may receive additional income, including

    GRIFOLS  GRLS.MC 
    Scranton Enterprises, a company linked to Grifols' directors
and shareholders, has acquired U.S. firm BPL Plasma, which has a
network of 50 plasma collection centres, for around 600 million
euros, Expansion reported on Monday.
    
    LLEIDANETWORKS SERVEIS TELEMATICS SA  LLN.MC 
    The telecommunications company said its third quarter profit
before taxes was 453,000 euros versus 73,000 euros a year ago.
