    * Says its wholly owned subsidiary Superfast Ferries LLC is 
granted approval to operate a marine route between USA and Cuba 
    * Says regards travel or transportation of persons, baggage 
or cargo between the USA and Cuba 
    * Says it is in the process of applying for appropriate 
regulatory and other approvals from the Cuban government
