Atturra jumps on deal to buy Melbourne-based consulting company

** Shares of Australia's Atturra  ATA.AX  rise as much as
4.2% to A$0.99, hitting their highest since Dec. 1, 2022
    ** The consulting and IT services provider says its unit 
has exchanged a share purchase agreement to acquire
Melbourne-based Hammond Street Developments
    ** Says deal for an upfront consideration of A$6.5 million 
($4.57 million), comprising A$6 mln in cash and A$0.5 mln of
Atturra shares
    ** Stock is eyeing its best day since Dec. 16, 2022
    ** ATA jumped 61.3% in 2022
