Atturra rises on post Somerville Group acquisition forecast update

** Shares of Atturra Ltd  ATA.AX  rise as much as 6.3% to
A$0.930, their biggest intraday pct gain since March 9 
    ** The advisory specialist co says it completes the
acquisition of The Somerville Group Pty Ltd, a managed services
provider to the corporate and education sectors
    ** Forecasts guidance post acquisitions of FY23 revenue to
be in the range of A$168.5 mln($112.34 mln)- A$175.5 mln,
compared to pre acquisitions guidance of A$160mln - A$167 mln
    ** Further adds post acquisitions FY23 earnings before
interests and tax (EBIT) is expected to be in the range of
A$15.5 mln-A$16.5 mln, compared to pre-acquisitions guidance of
A$15 mln-A$16 mln 
    ** ATA says it sees underlying EBITDA in excess of A$19 mln
for FY23
    ** Stock posts its highest since March 14
    ** ATA stock on a three-day winning streak
    ** More than 121,000 shares change hands, vs the 30-day
average volume of 56,000 shares
    ** Stock has fallen 7.9% this year, as of last close
