Australia's Atturra set for best day in 2 months on cloud services firm acquisition

** Shares of Atturra Ltd  ATA.AX  jump as much as 6.6% to
A$0.97, on track for best day since Dec 16, if gains hold 
    ** The advisory specialist co says it will acquire cloud
services firm The Somerville Group Pty Ltd for upfront payment
of A$15 mln ($9.89 mln) in cash and 1.6 mln Atturra shares 
    ** Says transaction is expected to complete on or around
March 31
    ** Sees acquisition to be earnings-accretive for FY24
    ** Stock hits highest since March 1
    ** Stock down 4.2% this year, as of last close
