** Hong Kong shares of China Eastern Airlines 0670.HK surge 7.5% to HK$3.57, on course for the biggest one-day pct gain since June 15
** Stock hits highest level since June 18 
** Shanghai-listed stock 600115.SS jumps 7% to 4.15 yuan, the highest point since June 15
** China Eastern Airlines will double the frequency of its Shanghai-Auckland-Buenos Aires service to four times weekly from December 2026, Auckland Airport AIA.NZ said on Thursday
** Hong Kong-listed shares of rivals also climb with Cathay Pacific Airways 0293.HK gaining 3%, China Southern Airlines 1055.HK rising 3.5%, Air China 0753.HK up 4.4% 
** YTD, China Eastern Airlines Hong Kong stock down 33.8%, Shanghai-listed shares slide 31.5%
