New Zealand court declines airport group's appeal on pricing rules
Dec 22 (Reuters) - Auckland Airport AIA.NZ said on Monday that the New Zealand High Court has declined a merits-review appeal filed by airports that had challenged a Commerce Commission report on setting pricing rules. The appeal was filed by the New Zealand Airports Association and Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch International Airports in relation to the cost of capital.
