Corrects ticker symbol for FTSE small-caps index in second bullet

** Shares of British online auction operator Auction Technology ATG.L down 4.5% at 306p

** Stock is second top-loser in FTSE Small-Caps Index .FTSC

** London-based investment firm FitzWalter Capital said it would not improve the latest 400-pence-per-share offer for ATG

** FitzWalter said it was not granted access to due diligence by ATG

** Auction Technology had rejected FitzWalter's offer in early January, and said it fundamentally undervalues ATG and its future prospects

** In 2025, ATG lost nearly half of its value
