Changes to Board Committee Membership

ATG announces, pursuant to Listing Rule 6.4.6R (3), that following the
appointment of Scott Forbes as Chair of the Board on 9 August 2024 and
consistent with the UK Corporate Governance Code, the Company has appointed
Tamsin Todd as Chair of the Remuneration Committee, with effect from 19
September 2024, replacing Scott Forbes who remains a Remuneration Committee
member.  As announced on 9 August 2024, the Company is undertaking a process
to appoint a new non-executive director to replace Scott Forbes as a member of
the Audit Committee and who will be appointed as an additional member of the
Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee.
