Auction Technology Group plc (the "Company")

Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility
("PDMRs")

The Company has been notified that, on 6 December 2022, Suzanne Baxter, a
non-executive Director of the Company, bought 3,389 ordinary shares of 0.01
pence nominal value each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at
a price of 733.467 pence per share.

Following the above-mentioned acquisition, Suzanne Baxter is beneficially
interested in 3,389 Ordinary Shares.
