Resignation of Director

Further to the announcement on 12 December 2024, the Company announces that
Morgan Seigler has resigned as a Director of the Company with immediate
effect.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Morgan for his
contributions to the Company and wishes him well for the future.
