Directorate Change - Confirmation of CFO Exit Date

Following the announcements made on 10 October 2024 and 2 January 2025
regarding the resignation of Tom Hargreaves and the appointment of Sarah
Highfield as Chief Financial Officer, respectively, the Board of ATG confirms
that Tom's last day will be 28 February 2025 and that Sarah will join the ATG
Board on or before 1 June 2025. During the interim period, prior to Sarah
joining ATG, the Group's Director of Finance, Claire Catling will assume
day-to-day responsibility for the Finance function, working closely with CEO,
John-Paul Savant.
