External Directorship Changes

ATG announces that following completion of the acquisition of Ascential plc by
Informa PLC, both Scott Forbes and Suzanne Baxter have stepped down from their
respective positions of Chair and Independent non-executive director of
Ascential plc effective 9 October 2024.
