("the Company")

Reduction of Capital Effective

Further to the announcement made by the Company on 4 March 2026, the
cancellation of the Company's share premium account (the "Capital Reduction")
has become effective. This follows the Court order approving the Capital
Reduction having been registered with Companies House on 13 March 2026.

The Company confirms that, following the Capital Reduction, the issued share
capital of the Company consists of 122,848,795 of 0.01 pence each, of which
1,740,372 are held in Treasury.
