Australia's AUCyber surges on higher takeover bid from 5G Networks

** Shares of AUCyber  CYB.AX  rise 16% to A$0.145, posting
its strongest jump since Dec. 24
    ** Tech co hits highest level since Jan. 15        
    ** Co gets higher takeover offer from digital services co 5G
Networks  5GN.AX  to acquire all shares of AUCyber
    ** 5G Networks increases its offer price to 13.5 Australian
cents per share from 11 AU cents each
    ** Revised offer price values AUCyber at A$22.1 mln ($13.84
mln)
    ** Shares of 5G Networks were largely unchanged at A$0.165
    ** AUCyber down 16.7% this year, as of last close, while 5GN
is down 2.9%
