rise as much as 13.5% to A$0.148
** Co receives competing takeover proposal from local business
tech provider Brennan, valuing it at A$22.9 mln ($14.3 mln)
    ** CYB is currently considering a buyout bid by 5G Networks
 5GN.AX , valuing it at A$18 mln
    ** 5GN is down 2.9% at A$0.165
    ** CYB has fallen 77.1% this year, as of last close
