Ltd's  SOV.AX  shares rise as much as 7.8% to A$0.690, highest
since July 26

 with IT firm Hitachi Vantara in Australia
    ** As part of agreement, SOV to deliver logging as a service
(LaaS) to Hitachi Vantara; LaaS is a cloud-based solution for
collecting, analysing and storing log data
    ** SOV also secures new phase 2 "Authority to Operate"
accreditation
    ** Company's shares down ~38% YTD, as of last close
