Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 6,200,000 ordinary shares of 0.10 each to be admitted to the Official List. It is expected that admission will be granted on 15 November 2017. 
These shares are being reserved under a Blocklisting and will be issued as a result of the award of shares pursuant to the following employee share plans:
 CYBG Deferred Equity Plan
 CYBG Share Incentive Plan
When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
