CONCLUSION OF THE SMALL HOLDING SALE FACILITY
The sale facility (Facility) for eligible shareholders, announced by the Company on 16 May 2017, closed at 7.30am BST/ 4.30pm AEST on 28 June 2017(Closing Date). 
In this announcement, the term 'shares' refers to fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of the Company admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange (Shares) and/ or CHESS Depositary Interests (CDIs) (which represent interests in such Shares) admitted to trading on the ASX, and 'shareholders' refers to holders of Shares and/or CDIs.
At the Closing Date there were 5,187,747 shares to be sold pursuant to the Facility, held by 139,846shareholders (0.59% of the total issued share capital of the Company). Those shares have now been sold at a price of 2.80 or A$4.76 per share. The sale consideration for each such share was the volume weighted average price of all shares sold through the Facility over a five day trading period. Sale proceeds will be sent to shareholders by no later than 14 July 2017.
