Sounder Partnership Adds AI to Showcase Marketplace

 

Audioboom (AIM: BOOM), the leading global podcast company, is pleased to
announce a new partnership with Sounder (https://www.sounder.ai/en) , which
will provide artificial intelligence (AI) to Showcase, the Company's global
advertising marketplace.

 

Sounder's AI capabilities will be integrated into Showcase, giving brands who
utilise the marketplace enhanced opportunities to maximise their podcast
advertising spend.

 

The AI-powered Showcase marketplace will offer contextual ad targeting and
brand safety controls, imperative in the continued expansion of Audioboom's
work with global blue-chip brands.

 

Showcase will use AI to pinpoint topics of conversation within podcasts, then
offer targeted ad placements to relevant brands. This contextual ad targeting
will create premium value for advertisers and content creators.

 

Showcase will also use AI to provide brands with safety and suitability
guidance, by identifying content that aligns with a brand's values and risk
thresholds ensuring their ad campaigns are delivered at a high standard.

 

The Sounder integration works at scale, with inventory of more than 10 billion
impressions across 8,000 podcasts set to utilise the technology through
Showcase this year.

 

Audioboom expects the introduction of AI capabilities in Showcase to further
boost the expansion of the automated marketplace. In 2024 Showcase revenue
grew by more than 56%, and as the Company's highest gross margin revenue
product, its growth will be key to our ongoing success.
